We were very excited about the level of service we received from Bobbi Coyne and the emergency response team she sent to our house, Given the COVID outbreak, all came prepared to keep both themselves and us safe, wearing protective gear, e.g. masks, gloves and foot coverings. They always rang before arriving at the house so we had time to make sure our dog was out of the way and my son, who has asthma, was safe upstairs. We were continually informed about next steps and told what to expect over the coming days. All the people who came to the house were courteous and respectful, arriving promptly and sharing information, as needed. Names I remember, in addition to Bobbi, include Glenn and his partner, the first night, as well as Ryan, who came many times to check on us, thankfully! Michael also came on the last day to repair the ceiling and rebuild cupboards. He and Ryan both made sure that care was taking during their repairs and that our house was sanitized before they left. I would highly recommend this team of professionals who went out of their way to care for our place.

First off, Jordan & his team did an excellent job removing the existing T lock shingled roof, the existing vinyl siding. Jordan & his team provided high quality, timely results & excellent communication throughout to completion. The installation of our new roof & siding was done even better than the original work. Any possible complications & or problems along the way were quickly resolved & completed to owner satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company & Jordan & his team & their work!
